I. Products

Baosteel B30R100 is a high-performance cold-rolled, oriented electrical steel with a nominal thickness of 0.30 mm produced by Baoshan Iron & Steel Co. The product adopts a special process to make the grains highly oriented and aligned along the rolling direction to form a Gaussian weaving structure {110}, thus achieving very low iron loss (P1.7/50≤1.00W/kg) and high magnetic induction in the magnetising direction (B800≥1.88T)910 . (B800≥1.88T). Its core features include:

low loss: significantly reduce the transformer no-load energy consumption, improve energy efficiency;

high permeability: optimise the magnetic circuit utilisation, suitable for high-frequency working conditions;

strong corrosion resistance: the surface insulating coatings (one-sided resistance ≥ 30Ω-cm²) are resistant to the transformer oil, mechanical oil erosion, prolonging the service life;

environmentally friendly: in line with the European Union's RoHS and REACH environmental protection regulations.

The products comply with the national standard GB/T 2521.2 and international standard IEC 60404-8-7, and have passed ISO9001 certification to ensure quality stability.

II. Main uses

B30R100 is designed for high-efficiency power equipment, mainly used in:

1, transformer core:

UHV/distribution transformer core material, using its low iron loss characteristics to reduce no-load losses by more than 20%, suitable for new energy grids and smart grid needs;

high-frequency transformers (such as photovoltaic inverters, electric vehicle charging piles) the preferred material to support the 50Hz/60Hz industrial frequency and high-frequency scenarios.

2, motor and reactor:

for high-power motor rotor, welding machine, high magnetic strength (B800 ≥ 1.88T) to help equipment miniaturisation and lightweight.

3, emerging fields:

energy-saving generators, magnetic levitation systems and electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) equipment to meet the needs of the military and high-end industry.

III. Storage and maintenance

1,Moisture and rust prevention: The storage environment should be kept dry (relative humidity ≤ 60%), avoiding contact with acid, alkali and other corrosive substances. If stored for a long time, it is recommended to use anti-rust oil or vacuum packaging to protect the surface coating.

2,Physical protection: Avoid mechanical collision or heavy pressure to prevent deformation of steel coils or coating damage. Use special pallets when stacking and control the stacking height to reduce the bottom load.3,33333333332123123123546974124

3,Temperature control: Ideal storage temperature is between 10°C and 30°C to avoid high temperature environment that may cause coating aging or magnetic property degradation.

4,Pre-processing: If cutting or stamping is required, make sure the equipment is clean to avoid scratching the surface with impurities; clean up debris in time after processing to prevent oxidation or degradation of insulating properties.

IV. Payment modalities

Only support T/T payment, the implementation of the FOB standard, the first to determine the variety and grade of silicon steel, sign the contract prepayment of 40%, in the delivery period the goods ready to send to the designated domestic port (such as Tianjin Port), after settlement of the final payment, the goods loaded on the ship.
