I. Products

Baosteel Oriented Silicon Steel B23R085 is a cold rolled, high magnetic susceptibility silicon steel sheet with a thickness of 0.23mm, made using Baosteel's precision process (oxygen converter melting, hot rolling, cold rolling and annealing). Its core advantages are low iron loss and high magnetic induction:

The iron loss value (P1.7/50) is ≤0.85 W/kg, which significantly reduces energy loss and improves energy efficiency.

High magnetic permeability: the magnetic induction strength (B8) in the rolling direction reaches more than 1.92T, which reduces the size of the transformer core and saves material costs.

Surface Characteristics: Smooth and flat A-coat (semi-organic thin coating) provides excellent insulation, corrosion resistance and weldability, while optimising punching performance.

B23R085 is designed for high-efficiency power equipment, widely used in:

III. Storage and maintenance

1,Moisture and rust prevention: The storage environment should be kept dry (relative humidity ≤ 60%), avoiding contact with acid, alkali and other corrosive substances. If stored for a long time, it is recommended to use anti-rust oil or vacuum packaging to protect the surface coating.

2,Physical protection: Avoid mechanical collision or heavy pressure to prevent deformation of steel coils or coating damage. Use special pallets when stacking and control the stacking height to reduce the bottom load.3,33333333332123123123546974124

3,Temperature control: Ideal storage temperature is between 10°C and 30°C to avoid high temperature environment that may cause coating aging or magnetic property degradation.

4,Pre-processing: If cutting or stamping is required, make sure the equipment is clean to avoid scratching the surface with impurities; clean up debris in time after processing to prevent oxidation or degradation of insulating properties.

IV. Payment modalities
