Baosteel B20R080 is a 0.20mm ultra-thin high-grade oriented silicon steel, manufactured by advanced processes such as laser etching. It features extremely low iron loss (P1.7/50≤ 0.80W /kg) and high magnetic induction (B800≥ 1.88T). II. Main uses

B20R080 is specially designed for high-efficiency and energy-saving transformers. Its core applications include:

High-efficiency power transformers: Used in the manufacturing of S15/SH20 energy efficiency grade distribution transformers and large power transformer cores, significantly reducing no-load losses (8-10% lower than conventional silicon steel), meeting the national level 1 energy efficiency standard.

Ultra-high and extra-high voltage direct current converter equipment: Suitable for ±1100kV ultra-high voltage transmission projects, supporting national strategic projects such as "West-to-East Power Transmission", replacing imported products and reducing costs by more than 50%.

Key equipment for grid connection of new energy: Ensure the stability of grid-connected transformers in wind power and photovoltaic power stations, adapt to high-speed (> 6000rpm) working conditions, and extend the service life of the equipment.

III. Storage and maintenance

1,Moisture and rust prevention: The storage environment should be kept dry (relative humidity ≤ 60%), avoiding contact with acid, alkali and other corrosive substances. If stored for a long time, it is recommended to use anti-rust oil or vacuum packaging to protect the surface coating.

2,Physical protection: Avoid mechanical collision or heavy pressure to prevent deformation of steel coils or coating damage. Use special pallets when stacking and control the stacking height to reduce the bottom load.3,33333333332123123123546974124

3,Temperature control: Ideal storage temperature is between 10°C and 30°C to avoid high temperature environment that may cause coating aging or magnetic property degradation.

4,Pre-processing: If cutting or stamping is required, make sure the equipment is clean to avoid scratching the surface with impurities; clean up debris in time after processing to prevent oxidation or degradation of insulating properties.

IV. Payment modalities

Only support T/T payment, the implementation of the FOB standard, the first to determine the variety and grade of silicon steel, sign the contract prepayment of 40%, in the delivery period the goods ready to send to the designated domestic port (such as Tianjin Port), after settlement of the final payment, the goods loaded on the ship.
