I. Products
Baosteel oriented silicon steel B23R075 is a representative product of high-end laser scribing oriented silicon steel (R series) independently researched and developed by Baosteel, with a thickness of 0.23mm, an iron loss value of P1.7/50 as low as 0.75W/kg, and a magnetic induction strength of B800 ≥ 1.88 T. The product adopts a cold-rolling process and a magnetic domain optimisation technology, and has the following core advantages:
Ultra-low iron loss: significantly reduce the transformer no-load loss, energy-saving efficiency by more than 15%;
High magnetic permeability: optimal grain orientation, small magnetic field deformation, eddy current loss reduction 56;
Surface and coating: smooth and flat, insulation coating heat resistance up to E level, strong adhesion, resistance to transformer oil erosion;
Precision tolerance: thickness tolerance control at +0.01~-0.02mm, stacking factor up to 98%.
As a strategic product of Baosteel, which has the world's largest silicon steel production capacity (1.16 million tonnes/year), B23R075 meets the energy efficiency requirements of the new national standard GB20052 and reduces carbon by more than 30% through a low-carbon process.
II. Main uses
B23R075 is designed for energy efficient power equipment, suitable for:
High-end transformers: distribution transformers, ultra-high voltage transformer core, adapted to the new energy efficiency standard of no-load loss requirement ≤ 0.75W/kg;
New energy field: wind turbines, photovoltaic inverter transformers, to improve energy conversion efficiency;
Precision motors and electromagnetic equipment: servo motor stator, electromagnetic core, reduce hysteresis noise under high-frequency working conditions.
Note: The products have been used in Baihetan Hydropower Station and other major national projects to support the ‘West-East Power Transmission’ strategy.
III. Storage and maintenance
1，Moisture and rust prevention: The storage environment should be kept dry (relative humidity ≤ 60%), avoiding contact with acid, alkali and other corrosive substances. If stored for a long time, it is recommended to use anti-rust oil or vacuum packaging to protect the surface coating.
2，Physical protection: Avoid mechanical collision or heavy pressure to prevent deformation of steel coils or coating damage. Use special pallets when stacking and control the stacking height to reduce the bottom load.3,33333333332123123123546974124
3，Temperature control: Ideal storage temperature is between 10°C and 30°C to avoid high temperature environment that may cause coating aging or magnetic property degradation.
4，Pre-processing: If cutting or stamping is required, make sure the equipment is clean to avoid scratching the surface with impurities; clean up debris in time after processing to prevent oxidation or degradation of insulating properties.
IV. Payment modalities
Only support T/T payment, the implementation of the FOB standard, the first to determine the variety and grade of silicon steel, sign the contract prepayment of 40%, in the delivery period the goods ready to send to the designated domestic port (such as Tianjin Port), after settlement of the final payment, the goods loaded on the ship.
