I. Products

Baosteel B20R075 is a high-performance cold-rolled silicon steel coil designed for high-efficiency power equipment, and belongs to Baosteel's self-developed high-end electrical steel product series. The core material is B20R075, with a coated denim surface for rust and wear resistance. Cold rolling technology, combined with Baosteel's unique recrystallisation and annealing process, ensures that the grains are highly orientated, significantly increasing permeability and reducing iron losses.

As an important member of Baosteel's ‘Beyond ECO’ low-carbon brand, B20R075 reduces carbon emissions by more than 30 per cent compared with traditional processes through the green power process and the recycling of large scrap in the production process, which is in line with the global trend of green manufacturing.

II. Main uses

Energy efficient transformers: especially for oil-immersed distribution transformers and ultra-high voltage transformer core manufacturing, significantly reduce no-load losses and noise, meet S15 and above energy efficiency standards.

1, new energy equipment: such as wind power transformers, photovoltaic inverters, its low iron loss characteristics can improve energy conversion efficiency.

2, industrial motors: suitable for high power density motor core, optimise magnetic circuit design, reduce energy consumption.

3, power electronic equipment: including chokes, reactors, etc., to meet the demand for stable performance under high-frequency operating conditions.

III. Storage and maintenance

1,Moisture and rust prevention: The storage environment should be kept dry (relative humidity ≤ 60%), avoiding contact with acid, alkali and other corrosive substances. If stored for a long time, it is recommended to use anti-rust oil or vacuum packaging to protect the surface coating.

2,Physical protection: Avoid mechanical collision or heavy pressure to prevent deformation of steel coils or coating damage. Use special pallets when stacking and control the stacking height to reduce the bottom load.3,33333333332123123123546974124

3,Temperature control: Ideal storage temperature is between 10°C and 30°C to avoid high temperature environment that may cause coating aging or magnetic property degradation.

4,Pre-processing: If cutting or stamping is required, make sure the equipment is clean to avoid scratching the surface with impurities; clean up debris in time after processing to prevent oxidation or degradation of insulating properties.

IV. Payment modalities

Only support T/T payment, the implementation of the FOB standard, the first to determine the variety and grade of silicon steel, sign the contract prepayment of 40%, in the delivery period the goods ready to send to the designated domestic port (such as Tianjin Port), after settlement of the final payment, the goods loaded on the ship.
