I. Products
Baosteel B30R090 represents the world's highest level of manufacturing technology for the same specification (0.30mm thickness) orientated silicon steel. The product belongs to the magnetic domain refinement type (R series), iron loss value P1.7/50 is strictly controlled at ≤0.90W/kg, the magnetic susceptibility performance is better than the previous generation of grades, and the iron loss is reduced by 8%. Its core technology is realised through Baosteel's own innovative low-temperature manufacturing process, which breaks through the limitations of traditional processes and combines high magnetic susceptibility, ultra-low loss, excellent insulation and low noise characteristics.
II. Main uses
B30R090 is specially designed for energy efficient power equipment, mainly used in:
High-end transformer core: especially suitable for ultra-high voltage/extra-high voltage transformers (e.g. ±1100kV DC converter transformer), large-scale power projects (e.g. Three Gorges Power Station, West-to-East Transmission Project), which significantly improves energy efficiency and safety.
Green energy-saving equipment: meeting the national level energy efficiency standards, it can manufacture ultra-low loss transformers and replace high energy-consuming equipment. If fully promoted, the annual power saving can be close to the power generation of Three Gorges Power Station (about 90 billion kWh).
Complex working condition scenarios: Thick specification (0.30mm) design improves material utilisation, reduces core processing difficulty, and ensures stability and long life under high temperature environment.
III. Storage and maintenance
1，Moisture and rust prevention: The storage environment should be kept dry (relative humidity ≤ 60%), avoiding contact with acid, alkali and other corrosive substances. If stored for a long time, it is recommended to use anti-rust oil or vacuum packaging to protect the surface coating.
2，Physical protection: Avoid mechanical collision or heavy pressure to prevent deformation of steel coils or coating damage. Use special pallets when stacking and control the stacking height to reduce the bottom load.3,33333333332123123123546974124
3，Temperature control: Ideal storage temperature is between 10°C and 30°C to avoid high temperature environment that may cause coating aging or magnetic property degradation.
4，Pre-processing: If cutting or stamping is required, make sure the equipment is clean to avoid scratching the surface with impurities; clean up debris in time after processing to prevent oxidation or degradation of insulating properties.
IV. Payment modalities
Only support T/T payment, the implementation of the FOB standard, the first to determine the variety and grade of silicon steel, sign the contract prepayment of 40%, in the delivery period the goods ready to send to the designated domestic port (such as Tianjin Port), after settlement of the final payment, the goods loaded on the ship.
