Functional features:

High-precision analog output: It can provide high-precision analog signal output, usually supporting common analog signal output ranges such as 4-20mA and 0-10V, which is used for precise control of on-site equipment, such as the opening degree of control valves and the rotational speed of frequency converters.

Channel isolation: There is an electrical isolation function between each output channel and between the channel and the internal circuits of the module, which can effectively prevent signal interference and the spread of electrical faults, and improve the stability and reliability of the system.

Fault diagnosis and alarm: It is equipped with self-diagnosis function, which can monitor the working status of the module in real time. When a fault occurs (such as channel fault, power failure, etc.), it can promptly send an alarm signal to the control system, facilitating maintenance personnel to quickly locate and solve the problem.

Hot-swappable function: It supports hot-swappable, allowing modules to be directly replaced during system operation without the need for shutdown. This significantly enhances system availability and maintenance efficiency for industrial production processes that cannot be easily shut down.

Application scenarios:

Boiler combustion system control

Application scenarios: Fuel quantity and supply/exhaust air regulation of boilers in thermal power plants, and fuel valve opening control of gas turbines.

Function: The module outputs analog signals to control the fuel regulating valve, and in conjunction with the DCS system, it achieves precise air-fuel ratio matching (such as controlling the excess air coefficient within the range of 1.1-1.2), enhancing combustion efficiency and reducing NOx emissions. In a certain 300MW coal-fired unit, this module is used to control the coal feeding amount of the coal mill, with a response time of ≤50ms, meeting the peak shaving requirements of the power grid.

2. Interlocking control of environmental protection equipment

Application scenarios: Adjustment of reagent injection volume in desulfurization and denitrification (FGD/SCR) systems, voltage control of wet electrostatic precipitators.

Function: Based on the online monitoring data of flue gas (such as SO₂ concentration), the module outputs analog signals to regulate the flow rate of the desulfurization pump, ensuring that the desulfurization efficiency is ≥95%. For instance, in the ultra-low emission renovation project of a certain power plant, the 9662-810 module was linked with the PLC system to achieve real-time dynamic adjustment of the desulfurizer injection volume. Meanwhile, through the hot-swapping function, faulty modules could be replaced without stopping the machine, thus avoiding excessive environmental protection indicators.

3. Pressure regulation of the hydraulic system of the rolling mill

Application scenarios: Hydraulic servo control of roll gaps in hot rolling mills in steel plants, tension adjustment in cold rolling mills.

Function: Output high-precision analog signals to the proportional valve, achieving a pressure control accuracy of ±0.1MPa for the hydraulic system and ensuring that the thickness error of steel plate rolling is ≤0.05mm. The 1780mm hot continuous rolling unit of a certain steel plant adopts this module to control the AGC (Automatic Thickness Control) system. It can still maintain thickness stability during high-speed rolling (1200m/min), meeting the production requirements of automotive plates.

4. Control of aeration system in Sewage Treatment plants

Application scenarios: Air volume regulation of the blower in the aeration tank, speed control of the sludge dewatering machine.

Function: According to the COD concentration of the sewage, the module outputs analog signals to adjust the frequency converter of the aeration fan, controlling the dissolved oxygen (DO) concentration at 2-3mg/L to ensure the efficiency of biochemical treatment. In a certain municipal sewage treatment plant, this module has been operating continuously for three years without failure in a humid environment (with a humidity of 90% RH). Its anti-corrosion casing and electrical isolation design effectively resist the influence of corrosive gases such as hydrogen sulfide.
