Hardware specifications:

Processor: A 32-bit, 50MHz Motorola MPC860 processor is adopted.

Memory: Equipped with 16MB DRAM (without battery backup), 32KB SRAM (with battery backup) and 6MB Flash PROM.

Communication interface: Supports 25Mbps Tribus communication, features 32-bit CRC protection, 32-bit DMA, and is completely isolated. It is equipped with an optically isolated RS-232 interface for diagnostic analysis, located on a 25-pin connector with an isolation voltage of 500VDC.

Functional characteristics:

Diagnostic function: The module is equipped with powerful diagnostic capabilities, including verifying fixed program memory and static RAM, testing all basic processors and floating-point instructions and operation modes, and verifying user memory through the Tribus hardware voting circuit, etc., to ensure the stability and reliability of the system.

Execution control logic: Receive signals from sensors and other input devices, perform calculations and judgments based on preset control logic, and then send control instructions to the actuator to achieve precise control of industrial processes.
