Scope of application of integrated rapid sulfur tester:

The integrated rapid sulfur tester is mainly used to determine the total sulfur content in coal, steel and various minerals. It is an instrument in the laboratories of coal, electric power, chemical industry, building materials, metallurgy, geological exploration, commodity inspection and testing departments., It meets the requirements of GB/214-2007 method for determination of total sulfur in coal.

Functional characteristics of integrated rapid sulfur tester:

1. It is automatically controlled by precision single chip microcomputer chip, overall design, integrated structure, LCD Chinese character display, motor, low noise, stable and reliable, low failure rate, solves the problem of gas flow reduction over time, compensates and corrects the deviation caused by the measurement environment, and has high resolution. It can be controlled by computer and can be used offline.

2. Automatically control the size of furnace flow, automatically judge the end point of titer, automatically switch on and off electrolysis, and there will be no over electrolysis.

3. The sample delivery adopts contactless switch, with stable and reliable performance. Built in perpetual calendar clock, with power failure protection function.

4. Setting furnace temperature and correcting sulfur content can be directly adjusted through panel input without opening the inside of the machine.

5. The instrument can store 100 history records internally to facilitate user information inquiry.

6. The user name and telephone printed in Chinese characters can be modified on site to facilitate user name management. If the moisture value is entered, the sulfur content and moisture value of the analysis basis and the drying basis will be automatically printed.
