Scope of application


The microcomputer fully automatic calorimeter is suitable for measuring the calorific value of combustible materials such as coal, coke, petroleum, cement raw materials, bricks, and other solid or liquid materials in industries such as power, coal, metallurgy, petrochemicals, quality inspection, cement, papermaking, geological exploration, and research institutes. It meets the requirements of GB/T213-2008 "Method for Determining the Calorific Value of Coal".


Performance characteristics:


1. Automatically control the temperature of the outer cylinder water at the set temperature point to ensure that actual temperature changes do not affect cooling calibration, resulting in more accurate measurement results.

2. Automatically adjust the temperature of the inner and outer cylinders, using an automatic constant temperature system to ensure accurate and stable measurement results.

3. The microcomputer calorimeter maintains all the functions of the microcomputer system and can run general software for other transaction processing. At the same time, starting the calorimeter measurement system can automatically calibrate the energy equivalent (heat capacity) and measure the heat generation of the calorimeter system. Input data such as sulfur, moisture, hydrogen, etc. to convert and print out data such as cylinder heat generation, high-level heat generation, low-level heat generation, etc.

4. The internal cylinder of the calorimeter device adopts electric stirring with sheet-like blades, and the external cylinder adopts submersible electric stirring, making the stirring more uniform and convenient. The instrument adopts a fused cotton thread ignition method.

5. The microcomputer calorimeter is operated on Winsows98 and above operating systems, with Chinese character prompts throughout the process and human-computer interaction. It can be learned and used immediately, and the experiment can be completed by following the prompts.

6. The system can automatically calibrate the system's thermal capacity and determine the material's heat generation. The calibration of system heat capacity adopts a multidimensional selection method, which is real-time and flexible. The measurement process and data processing of material heat generation are automatically completed by a microcomputer. Based on the content of sulfur, moisture, and hydrogen, the heat generation of the cartridge, high-level heat generation, low-level heat generation, and received low-level heat generation are automatically converted. The measurement process adopts digital prompts and visual methods, which are vivid and intuitive.
