| Product description | food grade silicone rubber is an environmentally friendly silicone material, also known as platinum silicone rubber. It is a two-component material consisting of two components, A and B. It can be cured at room temperature or heated. |
| Scope of use | food grade silicone rubber Widely used in casting or injection molding products such as cake molds, chocolate molds, sugar art molds, ice cream and other food molds. |
| Instructions |
1. Mix components A and B in a 1:1 weight ratio and stir evenly 2. Place the evenly mixed silicone rubber in a vacuum machine and remove bubbles by vacuum 3. After removing bubbles by vacuum, pour or inject into the mold (before use, apply detergent or mold release agent to the mold to make it easier to remove the mold.) 4. After completing the above steps, place it at room temperature for 2-12 hours to fully cure; heat it to 80-100 degrees and it can be fully cured within 10 minutes. |
