The Xiongxing N60 Large Waterjet Cutting Machine is specifically designed for cutting large-sized stone materials. With easy operation and a maximum single cutting width of up to 60 cm (approx. 23.6 inches), it efficiently handles heavy-duty stone processing, making it an ideal choice for stone processing plants.

Working Principle
This machine adopts a wet cutting principle. The motor drives a large cutting blade to rotate at high speed, while the cooling water system continuously sprays the cutting area to reduce temperature, minimize dust, and extend blade life. During operation, the stone is fixed on the worktable, and the table or the cutting head is moved to allow the rotating blade to cut smoothly into the stone, completing a straight cut.
Functional Operation Instructions
1. Pre-start Inspection: Verify normal power supply (AC380V), unobstructed cooling water pipe, and securely installed cutting blade.
2. Starting the Machine: First turn on the water supply, then start the motor. Wait until the spindle speed stabilizes (450 r/min) before beginning the cut.
3. Cutting Operation: Place the stone against the positioning stop plate and slowly feed into the cutting area. Maintain a uniform feed rate to avoid blade jamming.
4. Shutdown: After cutting, withdraw the blade, turn off the motor, and continue supplying water to cool the blade for 1–2 minutes before turning off the water.
Blade Replacement Procedure and Installation Steps
Required tools: Wrench (compatible with spindle nut), rubber mallet, safety gloves.
Installation Steps:
1. Power Cut-off Confirmation: Ensure the main power is disconnected and post a “Under Maintenance” warning sign.
2. Remove Old Blade: Loosen the spindle lock nut, remove the outer flange, and carefully take out the old blade.
3. Clean Flanges: Clean the contact surfaces of the spindle, inner and outer flanges to remove any rust or stone debris, preventing new blade wobble.
4. Install New Blade: Slide the new blade onto the spindle, ensuring the arrow direction on the blade matches the spindle rotation direction. Replace the outer flange and lock nut in order.
5. Tighten the Nut: Pre-tighten by hand, then use the wrench to tighten evenly in a diagonal sequence. Do not fully tighten on one side at once.
6. Test Run: Connect power and run idle for 1–2 minutes, observing if the blade runs smoothly without abnormal vibration or noise.
Precautions:
· After each blade replacement, it is recommended to check the spindle bearing clearance and the position of the cooling water pipe.
· Before first use of a new blade, perform a “dressing” process (make a few cuts on refractory brick or soft sandstone) for optimal cutting performance.
