Product Introduction
This model is an automatic, single-blade sealed oil slitting machine designed for gemstone processing plants and similar industries, specifically for cutting large rough stones. It adopts high-quality bearings and lathe-grade guide rails to ensure high precision and durability. The entire working process is sealed, effectively reducing dust and noise pollution. The machine supports automatic feeding and automatic shutdown upon completion, allowing one operator to manage 5–6 machines simultaneously, greatly improving production efficiency.
Note: Cooling oil is not included and must be prepared by the user.

Working Principle & Function Operation
1. Working Principle: The motor drives the cutting blade at high speed (1250 r/min). An oil pump provides cooling and lubrication. The machine automatically feeds along the lathe guide rails, and the cutting depth is controlled by a travel limit switch. Upon reaching the preset position, the machine automatically retracts and shuts down.
2. Function Operation:
· Secure the rough stone on the worktable.
· Set the required travel switch distance (i.e., cutting thickness).
· Start the machine; it will automatically feed and cut.
· After cutting is completed, the machine stops automatically – no operator attendance required.
Installation Steps
1. Unboxing & Inspection: Ensure the machine has no transport damage and that accessories (guard, travel switch, etc.) are complete.
2. Placement & Fixing: Place the machine on a stable, hard floor and adjust the feet to level it.
3. Power Connection: Connect to AC 380V or 220V according to local voltage; ensure reliable grounding.
4. Add Cooling Oil: Fill the oil pump tank with dedicated cooling/lubricating oil until the oil level reaches the specified mark.
5. Install Cutting Blade: Mount the 24‑inch blade and tighten the lock nut.
6. Install Guard: Secure the protective cover.
7. Test Run: Run idle to check for abnormal vibration or noise; verify travel switch and automatic stop function.
Tool Change Method (Replacing the Cutting Blade)
1. Disconnect power and wait for the blade to stop completely.
2. Open the protective cover.
3. Use a wrench to hold the spindle, and use another wrench to loosen the lock nut counterclockwise.
4. Remove the old blade and clean the spindle flange surfaces.
5. Install the new blade (ensure matching bore diameter) and pre-tighten the nut clockwise.
6. Manually rotate the blade to confirm no eccentricity or rubbing.
7. Tighten the lock nut with a wrench and reinstall the guard.
