I. Product Overview
This model has been developed based on extensive feedback and practical requirements from gem processing users over long-term production. It specifically addresses the characteristic of the preforming machine spindle enduring significant radial impact forces at both ends. Through continuous improvement in spindle material and support structure, the machine achieves significantly enhanced operational stability and processing accuracy. It is suitable for both rough and fine grinding of gems and jade.
II. Structural Features
1. High-Precision Spindle: The spindle surface is treated with a special process to form a precision microstructure with high bending strength. It offers high straightness accuracy and effectively supports corundum grinding wheels and diamond-coated grinding wheels.
2. Reinforced Support: Instead of traditional bearing housings, a self-developed large cast iron bearing housing is adopted, ensuring smoother spindle operation and greater resistance to deformation.
3. Balanced Drive Design: A coarse grinding wheel is mounted on one end of the driving shaft, while the belt pulley is mounted in the middle and connected to the motor. This layout helps balance the overall grinder and reduces operational vibration.
4. Safe & Durable: The spindle diameter is not less than 30mm (suitable for grinding wheels up to 300mm). This avoids issues caused by undersized shafts, such as increased vibration, accelerated wheel wear, reduced grinding performance, and safety hazards.
III. Working Principle
The machine spindle performs both rough and fine grinding. The motor drives the central belt pulley, which rotates the spindle and the grinding wheels at both ends. The optimized shaft diameter and support structure ensure that the grinding wheels remain balanced and stable during high-speed operation, meeting the grinding requirements of different wheel grit sizes.

VI. Usage Precautions
1. Before mounting a grinding wheel, ensure the bore diameter matches and check that the wheel is free from cracks or damage.
2. Perform a no-load test run before operation to confirm smooth running with no abnormal vibration or noise.
3. Wear protective goggles during processing. Do not exceed the rated load of the equipment.
4. Regularly check the lubrication of the spindle and bearing housing, and keep them clean
