I. Product Introduction

The Xiongxing XX-886 Bracelet Forming Machine is specifically designed for the jewelry and jade processing industry. It efficiently and precisely extracts circular bracelet, ring, and safety buckle blanks from gemstone and jade raw materials, serving as a critical pre-processing step before fine polishing.

II. Working Principle

This machine uses an annular cutting principle with a hollow core drill bit. Driven by the main spindle, the diamond-tipped hollow core bit rotates at high speed to perform circular cutting on flat stone materials. Unlike solid drilling, the hollow core bit only cuts the annular area while preserving the central core. This reduces the effective cutting area by 65–75%, lowering power demand and heat accumulation. Machining accuracy can reach ±0.05 mm with excellent surface finish.

The unique “inner support + external pressure” clamping system firmly holds the flat stone. The operator smoothly feeds the drill downward, and the hollow bit completes the annular cut, producing a ring blank. V. Installation & Setup

1. Unpacking Inspection

      Check that the machine is intact and all accessories (diamond core drill bit, etc.) are present.

2. Machine Placement

      Place the machine on a sturdy, level workbench. Ensure all four feet are stable with no wobbling.

3. Power Connection

      Verify that the site power matches the machine’s input voltage (AC 220V or 380V). Connect the power cord to the socket on the back panel and plug the other end into a properly grounded outlet.

4. Coolant System Connection

      Connect the coolant hose to the machine’s coolant port. Install a coolant reservoir. Ensure the line is unobstructed and leak‑free.

VI. Operation Guide

1. Wear Protective Gear

3. Speed Selection

        Start at a lower speed and adjust gradually based on chip evacuation and cutting results.

4. Start the Coolant System

      Always start the coolant system before starting the spindle. Ensure coolant is fully spraying onto the cutting area. Never cut without coolant.

5. Feeding & Cutting

      Slowly lower the feed handle for a steady feed. Maintain a constant downward pressure during cutting. Do not feed too quickly or shake the stone. When approaching the end of the cut, reduce feed speed slightly and pass through the stone smoothly.

6. Removing the Blank

      After cutting, stop the spindle. Wait until the spindle comes to a complete stop, then release the clamps. Carefully remove the ring blank for subsequent polishing. If needed, take the remaining core from inside the hollow drill bit for other uses.

7. Shutdown & Cleaning

      Turn off the power after finishing work. Clean the worktable, remove stone chips and coolant residues. Maintain the diamond core drill bit for next use.
