I. Product Introduction
The Xiongxing N24 Jade Cutting Table is a cutting device developed for large-sized stone materials, featuring a stable structure and intuitive operation. It supports a maximum single vertical cut of 25 cm. By rotating the stone, the cutting range can be extended to 50 cm, meeting the processing needs of various materials such as jade, marble, and granite.
II. Key Advantages

· 3D flexible movement: The stone can slide freely forward/backward and left/right on the table for quick alignment, improving efficiency.

· High-torque spindle: 1450 r/min with a 24‑inch cutting blade – smooth cut surface, minimal chipping.
· 380V industrial power: 3kW pure copper motor – ample power for thick and hard materials.
III. Working Principle
1. Motor drive: The 3kW three‑phase asynchronous motor drives the spindle via belt transmission.
2. Tool cutting: A 24‑inch (600mm) diamond cutting blade mounted at the spindle end rotates at high speed to grind and cut the stone.
3. Feed method: The operator manually pushes the stone longitudinally (forward/backward) or laterally (left/right) on the table, allowing the blade to cut along the planned path.
4. Thickness control: Adjust the blade height (or raise the stone) to set the cutting depth. For extra‑thick cuts, rotate the stone and cut in stages.
IV. Operating Instructions
Operation Method
Align cut line Push the stone forward/backward or left/right to align the marked line with the blade.
Single cut (≤25cm thick) Set cutting depth, start spindle, push material smoothly through the blade.
Cutting >25cm but ≤50cm material Cut to max depth → flip or rotate stone → align with the existing kerf → second cut to complete.
Emergency stop Press the red emergency stop button to cut power to the motor.
⚠️ Maintain a steady feed speed during cutting; avoid forcing the material to prevent blade binding or breakage.
V. Tool Change Method (Replacing the Cutting Blade)
Tools required: Wrench (included), wooden block or rubber mallet
Steps:
1. Power off: Unplug or shut off the main breaker; ensure the machine has come to a complete stop.
2. Remove guard: Loosen the screws holding the spindle guard and take it off.
3. Lock the spindle: Use a wooden block to jam the blade or use the spindle locking hole to prevent rotation.
4. Loosen the nut: Use the wrench to turn the lock nut counterclockwise (pay attention to thread direction – usually reverse thread).
5. Remove old blade: Take out the worn blade and clean stone dust from the flanges.
6. Install new blade: Mount the new blade (pay attention to direction – arrows should match rotation direction), then replace the washer and nut.
7. Pre‑tighten nut: Hand‑tighten, then lightly lock with the wrench (do not overtighten – could cause blade cracking).
8. Reattach guard, manually rotate the blade to check for wobble or rubbing.
⚠️ After installing a new blade, run it freely for 30 seconds – if no abnormal condition, proceed with cutting.
VI. Installation Steps
1. Site preparation
· Level floor, load‑bearing capacity ≥200 kg
· 380V three‑phase power outlet and circuit breaker (recommended ≥16A)
· Drainage groove or water tray for wet cutting
2. Unpacking & moving
· Remove packaging; check machine body, blade, guard, water tank (if equipped) and accessories for completeness
· Use a forklift or several people to move the base into position – do not pull on the guard or blade
3. Leveling
· Place a level on the table and adjust the machine feet until the machine is level
4. Electrical connection
· Have a qualified electrician connect the power cord to the 380V switch box – confirm phase sequence (if rotation direction is wrong, swap any two phase wires)
5. Trial run
· Ensure blade is securely mounted and guard closed
· Jog the start switch – observe motor and blade rotation direction (must match arrow on guard)
· Run unloaded for 1 minute – if no vibration or abnormal noise, ready for use
