Sawing operation mode
Put the raw materials on the cutting machine and use the saw blade to gently cut a small gap along the cleavage or crack direction, so that most of the raw materials will automatically crack. If there is no crack, put the raw material on the edge of the workbench (or desktop) and knock it gently, which will generally crack.
Structure and main parts of the cutting machine there are two kinds of cutting machines commonly used at present. The cutting machine is mainly used to divide large pieces of raw stone, Its structure is compared with that of the main components of the cylinder sheet steel driving shaft and bearing cooling device support and feeding device splash guard. The power source is the motor, which is generally used for the triangle belt and driving shaft. One end is connected to the driving shaft, and the other end is used for loading. The saw blade is fixed by the dust disc. The block cutter is used for cutting medium-sized raw stone into pieces, strips and other small woolen structures and stone cutting
