Working Principle
The machine uses an electric motor to drive the spindle at high speed (1800 r/min). Depending on the required product size, 4 to 18 diamond cutting blades can be mounted on the spindle simultaneously. During operation, stone material (within 20 cm in thickness) is placed on the worktable. The operator manually pushes the worktable, moving the stone steadily through the rotating blade set, thus cutting the stone into multiple slabs or strips in one feed. Water cooling and lubrication can be applied during cutting to reduce friction, minimize dust, and extend blade life.

Consumables & Recommended Usage

· Consumables: 14-inch (355 mm) outer diameter diamond cutting blades with 25.4 mm arbor (or customised to spindle specification); both drytype and wettype blades are acceptable. Cutting coolant (water or special stone coolant) is also required.
· Recommended usage:
  · When cutting hard stone, water cooling is recommended - connect to tap water or a coolant tank to ensure blades are fully wetted, reducing temperature and dust.
  · Adjust blade spacing by adding spacers of different thicknesses on the spindle according to the desired product thickness, then lock securely.
  · Before each startup, run the spindle idle for 30 seconds to confirm normal operation and no abnormal vibration before feeding material.

Operation Guide

1. Mount blades: Based on the required product size, calculate the number of blades and spacer thickness. Install blades and spacers on the spindle in sequence, then tighten the locking nut with a dedicated wrench.
2. Connect power: Ensure the power supply is AC 380 V with reliable grounding. Close the main power switch.
3. Check cooling: Open the cooling water valve and adjust flow so that both sides of the blades are evenly wetted.
4. Noload test: Press the start button; the spindle rotates. Observe smooth operation with no abnormal noise.
5. Place stone: Position the stone (max. thickness not exceeding 20 cm) against the positioning stop and place it on the feed worktable.
6. Manual feed: Push the worktable steadily with both hands so that the stone passes completely through the blade set, completing one cut.
7. Material removal: Return the worktable, take out the cut slabs/strips, and clean away offcuts.

Startup & Operation Procedure

1. Check all fastening bolts for looseness and inspect blades for cracks.
2. Close the main power switch and start the motor.
3. Turn on cooling water and wait until the water evenly covers the blades.
4. Hold the stone against the positioning stop and push it slowly into the blade area; do not push forcefully.
5. Maintain a steady feed speed until the stone completely passes through the blades.
6. Pull the worktable back, then stop the motor.
7. Turn off cooling water, clean stone dust from the worktable and blades.
8. If the machine will not be used for a long time, apply antirust oil to protect the spindle.

Safety & Cautions

· Safety protection: Safety glasses and dust mask must be worn during operation. Gloves are prohibited to avoid entanglement.
· Blade tightening: After each blade change, ensure the locking nut is tightened to prevent blade ejection during operation.
· Feed speed: Adjust manual feed speed according to stone hardness; excessive speed may deform blades or overload the motor.
· Do not exceed size limits: Only cut stone within 20 cm thickness; exceeding this may damage the machine.
· Adequate cooling: For dry cutting, withdraw the stone frequently to cool the blades. Wet cutting is strongly recommended to extend blade life.
· Shutdown maintenance: Do not spray water onto the motor or electrical box during cleaning. The equipment must be reliably grounded.
