2、 Product features:
1. The product adopts customized nickel chromium alloy resistor as the load source:
a. Low resistance; It can discharge more current, and the customized appearance makes the power density higher.
b. High precision; The accuracy can be controlled within ± 0.001 Ω, which makes the discharge process more stable as a load source.
c. Low temperature coefficient; It is less affected by temperature coefficient and has strong environmental adaptability.
d. Withstand current impact; Strong current resistance, fast response to large current impact, and more reliable discharge process.
2. Smart chip control:
A. The discharge process is intelligently controlled and automatically adjusted following the battery voltage drop to ensure constant current discharge.
b. The voltage of a single battery is collected in real time and displayed in curve form, which is convenient for evaluation and analysis. At the same time, the battery voltage status is intelligently analyzed and evaluated.
c. Intelligently calculate the conversion between discharge capacity and discharge hourly rate to achieve the best evaluation effect of battery capacity status.
d. Multiple threshold values can be set for intelligent judgment.
3. Human computer interaction interface:
a. The 7-inch resistance screen is adopted, with strong anti-interference ability.
b. The interface design uses simple and intuitive elements, making it more operable.
