main features
1. Meet all site test requirements. The instrument has standard four phase voltage, three-phase current output, AC voltage 125V/phase, AC current 40A/phase. The three-phase parallel connection can reach 120A. It can test not only traditional relays and protection devices, but also modern microprocessor-based protection devices, especially transformer differential protection and backup automatic switching device. The test is more convenient and perfect.
2. All technical indicators fully meet the standard of DL/T624-1997 Technical Conditions for Microcomputer based Relay Protection Test Device issued by the Ministry of Electric Power.
3. The classic Windows XP operation interface is user-friendly and easy to operate; High performance embedded industrial control computer and 8.4 inch resolution of 800 × The 600 TFT true color display screen can provide rich and intuitive information, including the current working state of the device and various help information.
4. The Windows XP system of this computer has its own recovery function to avoid system crash caused by illegal shutdown or misoperation.
5. It is equipped with ultra-thin industrial keyboard and optical mouse, which can complete various operations through keyboard or mouse just like ordinary PC.
6. The main control board adopts DSP+FPGA structure and 16 bit DAC output. It can generate high-density sine wave of 2000 points per week for the fundamental wave, greatly improving the quality of the waveform and the accuracy of the tester.
7. High fidelity linear power amplifier is used to ensure the accuracy of small current and the stability of large current.
8. USB interface is used to directly communicate with PC without any adapter cable, which is convenient for use.
9. It can be connected to a laptop (optional) to run. Laptop computers and industrial personal computers use the same set of software, without having to learn the operation method again.
10. It has GPS synchronization test function. The device can be connected with PC through RS232 port with built-in GPS synchronization card (optional) to realize synchronous exchange test of two testers in different places.
11. It is equipped with independent special DC auxiliary voltage source output, with output voltages of 110V (1A) and 220V (0.6A) respectively. It can be used for relays or protective devices that need DC working power supply.
12. It has the software self calibration function, which avoids the need to open the chassis to calibrate the accuracy by adjusting the potentiometer, thus greatly improving the stability of the accuracy.
