1、 Product introduction
The battery internal resistance tester adopts a color resistance touch screen, and the instrument operation is flexible and convenient through finger or touch pen touch; It is a digital storage multi-function portable tester for fast and accurate measurement of battery operating state parameters. The instrument can detect the voltage and internal resistance of the single battery online, store and process the detected data, alarm the battery failure, and accurately and effectively judge the good condition of the single battery. The instrument saves, queries, deletes and exports the test data. The upper computer software analyzes and displays the test data through various charts, and automatically generates the battery test report.
2、 Product features
Two modes of color touch LCD screen and key operation are adopted, which can be operated by direct touch or by key operation. It is simple to use and the process is clear to meet the needs of users with different usage habits.
Data storage mode: internal storage and external storage. The internal storage can store 999 groups of test data, and each group stores 500 battery data; Query, analyze, etc.
It has the function of connection and retest.
The instrument has the function of voltage, internal resistance and capacity histogram analysis and comparison, which can directly analyze the excellent, good and poor of the battery.
The instrument has the oscilloscope function: it can display the highest and lowest battery voltage, average voltage and voltage ripple in real time. (Optional)
The upper computer data management software has powerful functions and friendly interfaces, providing data management, printing, analysis, report statistics, automatic generation of test reports and other functions.
Enhanced overvoltage protection function and self recovery overcurrent protection function make the instrument work more safely and reliably.
Large capacity lithium battery is used for power supply and long-time test.
Automatic test mode is convenient for users to measure.
