1, Product Overview
DYJY-N SF6 gas leak detector calibration device is an intelligent SF6 gas leak detector calibration instrument. The instrument adopts high-precision pressure sensor and high-speed A/D converter. Combined with 32-bit high-performance microprocessor, it can verify the performance of various SF6 gas leak detectors, accurately measure the pressure value at the current temperature when the signal acts, automatically complete the conversion of any ambient temperature to the standard pressure at 20 ºC, and can print and store test data for reference in real time, and automatically identify the fault during the test. This product is easy to carry, easy to operate, high test accuracy, strong stability, and good reliability, reflecting the characteristics of the instrument as "intelligent".
SF6 switch is a high voltage apparatus widely used in power system. The reliable operation of SF6 switch has become one of the most concerned problems of power supply and consumption departments. SF6 gas leak detector is an important component used to monitor the change of SF6 gas density in the SF6 switch body during operation. Its performance directly affects the operation safety of SF6 switch. The SF6 gas leak detector operated on site does not operate frequently. After a period of time, it often appears inflexible action, poor contact and other phenomena. Some of the gas leak detectors also have poor temperature compensation performance. When the ambient temperature changes suddenly, SF6 gas leak detector often misoperates. Therefore, DL/T596-1996 Preventive Test Code for Electric Power Equipment stipulates that each SF6 switch user shall regularly calibrate the SF6 gas leak detector. From the actual operation, it is also necessary to regularly calibrate the SF6 gas leak detector and pressure gauge in field operation.
2, Performance characteristics
1. This product adopts 32-bit microprocessor and TI company's high-speed signal processing chip for detection and control, with a high degree of integration. Mechatronic design, high precision, good repeatability and high reliability.
2. It is equipped with a large Chinese LCD screen and a rotating mouse (one button shuttle) human-computer interface, which is simple to operate, beautiful interface, and clear of all parameters and status.
3. Automatically complete the pressure measurement and 20 ºC value conversion, thus completing the dynamic automatic compensation between pressure and temperature. It also displays the pressure under the measured ambient temperature, the pressure under the ambient temperature at 20 ºC, and the ambient temperature. The problem of on-site calibration of SF6 gas leak detector is completely solved.
4. All testing processes are automatically completed by the instrument without manual intervention, avoiding tedious manual gas path adjustment operation.
5. Print the test results in the form of Chinese character report, and intelligently analyze the test results.
6. It can store 50 groups of test results at the same time, and has power failure data protection function. It can query and print previous test results at any time.
7. The SF6 gas leak detector and pressure gauge can be calibrated within any effective temperature range without a thermostatic chamber.
8. It is equipped with various types of transition joints. The gas leak detectors of most types of switches can be verified on site without disassembly.
9. In the calibration process, there is little gas consumption, no waste of SF6 gas, low test cost and no pollution to the environment.
