German technical background Volcker VOK ®- DF 012 is a polymer defoamer for water-based coatings, printing inks and adhesives, which does not contain organic silicon and VOC. Especially suitable for high-grade architectural coatings. It still has excellent defoaming effect at low dosage.

Product features and advantages
VOK ®- DF 012, as a defoamer, is specially recommended for the production and construction of latex paint and plaster with a pigment volume concentration (PVC) of 30-85. The additive contains no organic silicon and mineral oil, and is particularly suitable for VOC free systems. Even in very low dosage, the effect is still ideal. The additive is stable to acid and base, and can be used for systems with PH values in the range of 3-12. VOK ®- DF 012 There may be turbidity and particle precipitation in the transparent paint.

Product features and advantages
VOK ®- DF 012 is especially suitable for use as defoamer of water-based printing ink. The additive does not contain organic silicon and mineral oil, and the effect is still ideal at very low dosage. VOK ®- DF 012 may be turbid and precipitated in the varnish.
Recommended dosage
The dosage of 0.1-0.5% additives (purchased form) is based on the general formula.

VOK ®- DF 012 is an efficient defoamer suitable for all dispersion adhesives at present, which can inhibit the generation of foam in the preparation and application of adhesives. Especially recommended for polyacrylate dispersion adhesives. The additive contains no organic silicon and mineral oil, and is especially recommended for systems without volatile organic compounds (VOC). In the case of low dosage, it also shows good results.
