Product features and advantages
VOK ®- DF 028 is the standard defoamer for water-based lotion system, and also the starting point for series testing of defoamer products. The defoamer is especially recommended for the high gloss lotion system of acrylate/polyurethane or polyurethane with the pigment volume concentration in the range of 0-25, which is easy to add.
Recommended dosage
0.1-1% auxiliary dosage (purchase form) is based on the general formula.
The above recommended dosage is for reference only, and the appropriate dosage shall be determined through a series of tests.
Adding method and processing guidance
The additive can be added at any stage of production. The amount of defoamer can be added twice (2/3 of the amount is added to the abrasive, and 1/3 of the amount is added in the paint mixing stage or after the completion).
