It's is used for drawing and annealing brass or copper rod to 2.6-3.0 mm wire.
Rod Breakdown Drawing Machine with 9 Dies is equipped with a transmission lubrication circulation system, and all transmission gears and bearings are lubricated by oil injection.
PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS:
ADVANTAGES:
（1) Horizontal structure with shaving die system can ensure the good surface.
（2) The capstan is coated with tungsten carbide power, which can keep long life.
（3) High precision gear is producing by Germany gear grinding machine, high efficiency, low noise.
（4) AC annealing has longer length for annealing. Especially good for brass wire.
（5) Driving by AC motor, the imported PLC and touch screen (SIEMENS or other famous brand), which is convenient for the operator to set and display the parameter on the touch screen.
