The KRD20 pneumatic bump test machine is a fully automatic pneumatic lift vertical bump test system, designed to replace traditional mechanical cam-type test benches. Featuring a novel structure, high automation, easy operation and low maintenance, it simulates repeated impact loads that products may encounter during transportation, handling and operation, to evaluate their functional reliability and structural integrity under bump environments. Widely applied in industries such as aerospace, automotive electronics, telecommunications and packaging manufacturing, this equipment performs various standard bump tests to replicate real-world shock profiles and impact energy, supporting product structure optimization and reliability verification. It complies with international test standards including IEC 60068-2-29:1987 and IEC 60068-2-27:2008.
Fully pneumatic driven, clean and environmentally friendly, good repeatability and high reliability.
Control the frequency of collisions by adjusting the gas pressure to achieve continuous high-frequency collisions.
Test time and collision frequency can be set arbitrarily, and it will stop automatically after the test is completed
Shock test for battery packs more than 500kg, we recommend use KRD20 bump test machine
KRD20 bump test machine is suitable for large size battery pack, and with middle acceleration and large pulse duration, such as:
