Brief introduction

SPY-H  chromatographic analyzer is designed and manufactured according to the determination of componental contents of gases dissolved in insulating oil by gas chromatography method. This instrument is used for internal fault detection of power system oil and gas equipment, analysis of cooling medium for hydrogen cooled generator, sulfur hexafluoride impurity analysis, boiler flue gas analysis, nature gas analysis, environmental monitoring and analysis, ect.

◆Stable and reliable digital zero adjustment is adopted to avoid the baseline instability caused by the potentiometer adjustment.

◆The column chamber adopts a unique tracking heating mode, which avoids the pollution of the detector caused by the rapid heating of the chamber.

◆With gas protection and Chinese prompt function, can maximize the protection of TCD filament and chromatographic column.

◆High performance detector and methanator, the detection ability fully meet the determination of gas component content in transformer oil by the Ministry of electric power.

◆The double hydrogen flame design can test the low-content hydrocarbon and high-content CO, CO2 separately, which avoid the mutual interference.

◆Using a new type of column packing, double column temperature process, ahead the the C2H2 detection time, improve the sensitivity, shorten the analysis period.
