Machine tool cooling pump
JCB(three phase) series machine tool cooling pump is a new type of electric pump with vertical mounted motor and single-stage centrifugal pump as a whole, which has the advantages of beautiful appearance, small volume, low noise and strong overload capacity.
Driving motor: 50HZ/60HZ, 1Phase/3Phase, 220V-240V, 380V-440V,
JCB machine tool cooling pump is used as circulating cooling lubricant for machine tools or other equipment. The coolant is saponification liquid, emulsion, soda water, light mineral and other liquids without serious corrosion.
Features:
1.Pump body; cast iron. Impeller is made of aluminum alloy, light weight and durable.
2. Fully enclosed special bearing is selected. High quality grease inside, running smoothly.
3. The impeller is equipped with a novel rubber seal ring and a special design, which can effectively prevent liquid from spilling into the motor.
4, the electric pump can transport a certain viscosity of the liquid (such as oil, etc.).
Notes:
The electric pump starts directly at rated voltage
The electric pump shall operate continuously at rated power under the following operating conditions.
The altitude shall not exceed 1000 meters, the temperature of the cooling medium shall not exceed +40 degrees, and the load shall not exceed the rated power
Before use, check the electrical pump winding to ground and the insulation resistance between windings should not be less than 10 megohm, such as lower than should be dried.
Electric pump should be stored into dry air warehouse without harmful gas.
The electric pump should be kept clean, the bearing should be cleaned once a year, and the bearing grease should be replaced.
The electric pump shall transport soapy water, soda water, emulsion, light minerals, and other liquids without severe corrosion.
When the electric pump is in use, if the flow rate is too small and the rotation direction is abnormal, it should be shut down at any time to check and rule out
Before use, check whether the rotating shaft is flexible and whether there is any sluggish rotation or impeller rubbing phenomenon
The steering direction of the electric pump shall be in line with the arrow pointing above the top cover.
Ensure the motor ventilation and heat dissipation in usage and installation
Pump must be reliably grounded. Do not move the electric pump while it is energized
