CDLK series immersion Multistage pump
CDLK/CDLKF immersible multistage pump is used for conveying machine tool coolant, lubricating fluid, condensate water conveying, industrial cleaning equipment and other occasions suitable for the use of immersion pump.
The pump is suitable for different temperature, flow and pressure range. CDLK is suitable for non-corrosive liquid, CDLKF is suitable for mildly corrosive liquid. CDLK/CDLKF immersible multistage pump is used in electric spark, lathe, grinder, machining center, cooling device, industrial cleaning equipment, filtration system, etc.
Operating conditions:
A thin, clean, non-explosive liquid without solid particles or fibers, capable of transporting water and cooling aqueous solutions and cutting lubricants.
Liquid temperature: -15℃ ~ +70℃ , hydrothermal +70℃ ~ +120℃
Pump:
CDLK/CDLKF is a non-self-priming multistage centrifugal pump installed with standard motor. The motor shaft is directly connected to the pump shaft through the pump coupling. The pump can be equipped with intelligent protector according to needs to effectively protect dry rotation, phase loss and overload of the pump. To meet the installation depth of the tank or container, a cavity can be installed to change the length of the pump itself.

Maximum ambient temperature:
When the pump operates at ambient temperature greater than 40℃ or altitude greater than 1000m, motor output power P2 will be reduced to a certain extent due to poor cooling effect due to low air density. Pump running under the above condition motor power needs to be increased.
Liquid temperature:
Normal temperature -15℃ to +70℃
Hot water type +70℃ to +110℃
Main parts:
motor, pump head, guide vane, impeller, pressure cylinder, inlet and outlet water section, pump shaft, mechanical seal etc. main components.
The guide vane, impeller, pressure resistant cylinder and shaft etc. are all made of stainless steel. The pump head and inlet and outlet water section are made of cast iron for CDL pump and stainless steel for CDLF pump.
The pump shaft seal is mechanical seal with single end face, the grinding block is carbide/graphite, and the guide vane supports are tungsten carbide.
