Lineshaft deep well pump

LJC series lineshaft deep well pump adopts advanced hydraulic model and structural design, adopts ashland resin process to make core and epoxy coating of impeller channel, etc. High efficiency, no hump in performance curve, wide high efficiency area, 2~8% higher than JC, JD long shaft deep well pump.

The pump is equipped with sand dump device and the labyrinth structure to prevents sand particles from entering the bearing. The radial runout of blade shaft, transmission shaft and motor shaft is controlled within 0.13mm of American standard. The pump runs smoothly with low noise. The pump seat is beautiful in shape and has a large window, which is convenient for maintenance and filling replacement.

 

application range

LJC type lineshaft deep well pump is widely used in waterworks, hydropower stations (maintenance, leakage and drainage pumps, etc.), thermal power plants (industrial, domestic, firefighting pumps, etc.), steel works (circulation cooling, domestic, iron scale pit pumps, etc.), agricultural irrigation, firefighting, municipal and other industries.

LJC lineshaft deep well pump is used to lift normal temperature clean water without corrosion.

 

internal structure

1. Motor: hollow shaft motor (YLB type) or solid shaft common vertical motor

2. Adjusting nut: Adjusting the axial series of impeller shaft

3. Pump pedestal: it can bear heavy load and facilitate the installation of packing box

4. Pre-lubricated wire plugging: before starting, clean water is injected through the place to lubricate the internal bearing of the pump

6. Upper short pipe (short pipe B) : connect with the flange. The upper flange of the short pipe is connected with the pump base, and the lower flange is connected with the hoist flange.

9. Impeller shaft: 2Cr13 stainless steel or 45# high quality carbon steel (surface chrome plated);

10. Middle shell: smooth channel, reduce frictional resistance and improve efficiency. Material: HT200, QT450, 2Cr13, 304, 316, etc.

11. Impeller: with the design of the middle shell, high efficiency, wide working range, and precise balance to ensure smooth operation, Material: HT200, silicon brass, QT450, 2Cr13, 304, 316, etc.

12. Middle shell bearing: copper bearing, wear resistant rubber bearing or imported polymer bearing. Reliable work and long life.

13. Cone sleeve: Secure the impeller to the impeller shaft.

15. Lower shell bearing: copper bearing, grease filled, long-term trouble-free operation.

16. Lower shell: The liquid in water strainer is evenly directed to the impeller with minimal loss. Material: HT200, QT450, 2Cr13, 304, 316, etc.

17. Water strainer: The length of water strainer should be suitable to reach a good condition and can prevent large particles from entering the pump;

18. Drive shaft: High strength carbon steel, bearing position surface chrome plated. Stainless steel material can be provided as required;
