QW(WQ) type non clogging submersible sewage pump is a new generation of pumps successfully developed on the base of foreign advanced technology and combining with characteristics of domestic water pumps. QW(WQ) non clogging submersible sewage pump has the unique effect in the discharge of wastewater with solid particles and long fiber etc. impurities.

 

Impeller Structure

QW/WQ wastewater pump adopts a unique impeller structure and a new mechanical seal, which can effectively transport the wastewater or waste liquids with solids and long fibers. Compared with the traditional impeller, the pump impeller adopts the form of single channel or double channel, which is similar to a curved tube with the same section size, with very good overflow, with a reasonable volute chamber, making the pump with high efficiency, the impeller through static and static balance test, the pump in operation is without vibration.

 

Product features:

1.The use of unique single-blade or double-blade impeller structure, greatly improve the sewage discharge. It can effectively pass the fiber 5 times as the pump diameter and solid particles with 50% pump diameter.

2.The mechanical seal adopts the new hard corrosion resistant tungsten carbide material, which can make the pump run safely for more than 8000 hours.

3.The whole structure is compact, small size, small noise, remarkable energy saving effect, convenient maintenance, no need to build pump room. The pump is submersible into the wastewater for work and greatly reduces the project cost.

4.The pump seal oil chamber is equipped with a high-precision anti-interference leakage detection sensor, embedded in the stator winding of the thermal sensor, automatic protection of the pump motor.

5.It can be equipped with fully automatic control cabinet according to the needs of users to automatically protect the leakage, leakage overload and overtemperature of the pump, thus improving the safety and reliability of the product

6.The float switch can automatically control the start and stop of the pump according to the change of the required liquid level.

7. QW(WQ) series can be equipped with double guide rail automatic coupling installation system according to the needs of users, which brings greater convenience for installation and maintenance, so that people do not have to enter the sump for this.

8.It can be used in full head without overload of motor.

9.There are two different installation methods, fixed automatic coupling installation system, mobile installation system.
