NL Vertical mud pump
NL vertical slurry pump is a single-stage vertical centrifugal pump.The main components are volute, impeller, pump seat, pump shell, supporting cylinder, motor seat, motor and so on. Volute, pump seat, motor seat, impeller nuts are casted of pig iron with good corrosion resistance, convenient processing technology.
The impeller is for semi-open impeller and made of forged cast iron so it has high strength and corrosion resistance, Convenient processing, good pass ability and high efficiency.
In order to reduce weight and reduce the amount of turning, the pump shaft is made of high-quality carbon steel cold drawing round steel. Four skeleton oil seals and shaft sleeves are installed in the pump seat to prevent shaft wear and prolong shaft service life.
NL mud pump can be used vertically or tilted, occupying a small area, volute should be immersible in the working medium to work, easy to start, do not need water diversion, rotation direction for pump is clockwise, viewed from the motor end.
Application:
1, NL vertical slurry pump in the countryside is mainly used for river mud, feces, river water, slurry feed, suction and irrigation, and drainage, drought resistance, it can also be used for river mud, fertilizer production.
