YG Vertical pipeline centrifugal oil pump
YG type vertical pipeline centrifugal oil pump (referred to as pipeline pump) is a derivative of ISG type vertical pipeline centrifugal pump. This type of pumps are driven by explosion-proof motor (default explosive-proof grade d Ⅱ BT4) and with bronze impellers. The pump can transport light oils such as gasoline, kerosene, diesel oil etc. petroleum product without solid particles (abrasive matter). And the temperature of medium delivered is from - 20 ℃ to + 120 ℃.
Features:
1. The pump is a vertical structure, the inlet and outlet caliber is the same and locate in the same center line. It can be installed in the pipeline like a valve with compact appearance and small volume. When the motor is with cover, the pump can be placed outdoor.
2. The impeller is directly mounted on the extended shaft of the motor with short axial dimensions.
3, the shaft seal adopts mechanical seal. According to the medium, the pump can have different material configuration so as to effectively extend the service life of mechanical seal according to the actual situation.
4, convenient installation and maintenance, no need to remove the pipeline system, as long as the pump conjoined seat nut can be extracted for all the rotor parts.
5. Parallel operation can be adopted according to the flow usage requirements.
6. Vertical and horizontal pumps can be installed according to the requirements of pipeline layout.
Application
In refineries, chemicals, and petrochemicals, for the transportation of light petroleum products that do not contain solids (abrasives matter).
Working conditions:
1. Inlet pressure ≤ 0.6mpa.
2. Ambient temperature ℃, relative humidity
3. The volume content of solid particles in the conveying medium shall not exceed 0.1% of unit volume, and the particle size shall be less than 0.2mm.
Note: if the medium with small particles, please specify when ordering, so that we can choose relatively wear-resistant mechanical seal.
