NB Mud sand pump is an impurity pump developed according to the theory of two-phase flow. It has been proved by tests and industrial operation that it has high efficiency, good wear resistance and stable performance in conveying medium containing solid particles. The pump is suitable for river dredging, dredging solid dyke, coal mine, power plant and mine etc. to convey slurry containing solid particles and the concentration of conveyed medium can reach more than 40%. In the Yellow River basin, the Yangtze river basin, the coastal reclamation of land and other sand pumping projects have been widely used.
Structural characteristics of
1. NB NS series sand pump is mainly composed of pump body, impeller, guard plate, pump cover, bracket and bearing assembly.
2. The pump body, impeller and guard plate can be made of high manganese ductile iron, high chromium alloy and non-metal wear-resistant materials. Users can choose according to the purpose of ordering.
3, the pump shaft seal with packing seal, and in the packing room with high pressure washing water, better ensure the normal operation of the pump.
4. The steering of the pump is counterclockwise from the inlet, and the outlet of the pump is on the right side of the horizontal direction from the inlet. If the outlet is needed on site, it can be adjusted within 360 degrees.
Product features
It is characterized by high efficiency, energy saving, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, reliable operation, high head, large flow rate (the maximum mixed flow rate can reach 2000-5000 cubic meters/hour), large pumping depth (the deepest can be pumped down 30 meters), wide application range and so on. The mixture of solid and liquid can reach 60%.It can be equipped with motor or diesel engine.
