Introduction

Working principle
Vibrating sieve machine is mainly composed of screen box, screen mesh, vibrator, vibration damping spring device, bottom frame,etc.
The motor rotates the exciter eccentric block at high speed through the v-belt.The eccentric block in operation generates a large centrifugal force, which stimulates the circular movement of the sieve box with a certain amplitude. The material on the sieve box is subjected to the impulse passed by the sieve box on the inclined sieve surface and produces a continuous throwing movement. When the material meets the sieve surface, the particles smaller than the sieve hole are screened through, so as to realize classification.
