Product Introduction
Vibrating screen are divided into two types: linear and circular vibrating screen. It's a highly-efficient new multi-layer vibrating screen with the trajectory of ellipse. Circular vibrating screen adopts cylinder eccentric shaft vibration exciter and eccentric block to adjust the amplitude. The screen line of materials is long with many specifications of screening. It's specially designed for screening dressed stones of the quarry and it can also be applied for the products classification in mining, coal concentration, ore concentration, construction, electricity and chemical industries. It's featured by reliable structure, strong exciting force, high efficiency of screening, low vibrating noise, solidity and long duration, convenient maintenance, safe use, etc.
Working Principle
The vibration exciter eccentric block rotates fast driven by V-belt. Strong centrifugal force produced by the rotary eccentric block stimulates the screen box to move circularly with certain amplitude. Materials on the oblique screen deck are thrown continuously with the impulse transmitted by the screen box. The particles which are smaller than the size of the sieve pore will be screened. Thus, the classification can be achieved.
Structure
Circular vibrating screen consists of screen box, screen cloth, vibrator, shock absorption spring device and chassis. Generally, the motor is installed on the right or the left of the screen frame. The manufacturer offers machines on the right side of the moving direction of materials if there isn’t any specific requirement. The screen cloth is the main abrasive part. According to the types of materials and requirements of consumers, it can adopt high manganese steel knitted screen cloth, eyelet screen plate and rubber screen plate. There are two types of screen decks which are with single and double layers. All kinds of screen plates can satisfy the requirements of high efficiency of screening, long duration and unobstructed pores.

Instruction
1.There are screens which are single layer and double layers,light-duty and heavy-duty.
2. The screen cloth is equipped with eyelet screen plate. The thin iron rod screen plate can be designed according to the requirements.
3. It should be designed according to the requirements when the size of the selected sieve pore on the upper screen cloth of double screens exceeds the specified size regulated in the technological performance and parameters.
4. The motor can be installed on the left or the right according to the installation drawing if there is no specific requirement.
5. The feeding box is the optional appliance for consumers.
6. It can be additionally designed if there is any requirement to alter the slope of the screen deck.
7. The foundation bolt is provided by the consumers.
