I.Product Introduction

GZ electromagnetic vibrating feeder is mainly applied to feed lump, particle and powdery materials, from the storage bin or hopper to the receiving device evenly, continuously or quantitatively. It’s featured by small size, lightness, easy installation, non-rotary parts, non-lubricating, convenient maintenance, high efficiency, low electricity consumption, etc, which is widely applied for mining, metallurgical, coal, electric, food, chemical, and light industries.

II.Working Principle

The current of vibration exciter electromagnetic coil is half wave rectifier. When the coil is connected with the current running through the positive half cycle, there is an attraction of impulsive electromagnetism between the armature and the iron core and the tank will move backward. The main spring of the vibration exciter has stored a certain potential energy. When there is no current running through the negative half cycle coil, the electromagnetism disappears and the main spring discharges the energy which makes the armature and the iron core move against the tank. So the electromagnetic vibrating feeder reciprocates 3,000 times a minute at the frequency of alternating current. The bottom of the tank has a certain angle with the vibrating exciter action line, so materials in the tank continuously move forward along the trail of parabola. To adjust the rectifying voltage is to control the feeding volume. The feeder adopts the silicone controlled rectifying which can alter the conduction angle and control the output voltage. Under different circumstances, the conduction angle of silicone controlled rectifier can be controlled by different signals to achieve automatic and quantitative feeding.

III.Components

GZ electromagnetic vibrating feeder is mainly consisted of electromagnetic vibrator, coal feeding inlet, coal feeding tank, coal drop pipe, shock absorber. GZ electromagnetic vibrating feeder driven by vibrating motor makes materials reciprocate linearly and periodically toward the tank to achieve even and quantitative feeding.

IV.Performance Characteristics

1. It can adjust feeding volume continuously and achieve production automatization applied in automatic control of production.

3. Materials are slightly thrown so there is less abrasion of tank.

VI.Instruction

It's recommended to install with the declination slope of 10° and 15° especially for sticky materials and those with large moisture content. When feeder is used for mixing, quantitative feeding or automatic weighing, the feeder should be installed horizontally to avoid the automatic flow of materials in order to achieve even and stable feeding volume. Generally, it's not allowed to disassemble. There must be a certain space around the feeder to make it at a comparatively free state.
