Product Introduction
Rubber belt conveyor is a necessary and economical logistics delivery machine for streamline production. It's widely applied to various industries such as household electric appliance, electric products, appliance, machinery, tobacco, injection molding, posts and telecommunications, printing and food as well as assembly, test, adjustment, package and transportation of objects. It can not only convey loose materials but also pieces of goods.
Working Principle
Rubber belt conveyor is mainly composed of a drum with two ends and the closed conveyor sleeved on it. The rotary drum is called driven drum (transmission drum); the other one which lies in altering the movement direction of conveyor is called variable-direction drum. The driven drum is stimulated by the speed reducer. The conveyor drags under the friction between the driven drum and itself. Driven drum is generally installed on the unloading end to strengthen the traction which is beneficial to drag. Materials go into the feeding inlet and fall down on the rotary belt conveyor and are discharged from the outlet through the conveyor.

Instructions
1.Fixed conveyor should be fixed on the base. Moving conveyor should be wedged by a triangular wood or brake before normal operation to avoid moving. For the operation of several conveyors, there should be one-meter passageway between the machine and the wall and among machines.
2.Check whether rotary parts, belt hasp carrier device and protection device are complete and normal. The tension of belt should be properly adjusted before startup.
3.It should be started with no load and can only be fed if it runs orderly. It's forbidden to feed after the startup.
4.Start from the unloading end and start up orderly if there are several conveyors running together.
5. If there is deviation of belt, stop the machine and adjust it to avoid abrasion of the brim and increasing burden.
6. The temperature of the working environment and materials should be from -10℃ to 50℃. It’s not allowed to convey acid oil and materials with acid solvent.
7. No one is allowed to walk on the conveyor belt.
8. Stop feeding before the halt. It can only be stopped after the materials are completely discharged.
9. The motor should be well insulated. No pulling or dragging of electric cable of moving conveyor. The motor should be well earthed.
10.It's not allowed to pull the belt by hands when it slides in case of accidents.
