I.Product Introduction
YK circular vibrating screen, also called YK circular vibrating screen, adopts the inner eccentric shaft as the exciting force. The circular movement of vibrating screen with the linkage of the eccentric shaft driven by the motor makes the selected materials slip evenly and fast through the screen cloth which achieves the screening. It’s applicable for sand and stones screening in the quarry and the classification in the coal concentration, ore concentration, construction, electricity and chemical industries.
II.Working Principle
It's mainly made up of screen box, screen cloth, vibrator and shock absorption spring. The vibrator is installed on the side board of the screen box and rotates by the shaft coupling which produces centrifugal force to vibrate the screen box. YK circular vibrating screen is a kind of base installation. The slope of screen deck can be adjusted by altering the height of spring support. There are eyelet and rubber screen plates with two types of single and double layers. Each screen plate can satisfy the requirement of high efficiency of screening, long duration and unobstructed pores. The motor can flexibly be installed on the left or the right of the screen frame.
III.Performance Characteristics
1.The eccentric block is used as strong exciting force.
2.The crossbeam of the screen is linked with the screen box by high strength bolt without welding.
3.Simple structure, convenient maintenance.
4.Wheel shaft coupling is adopted for flexible connection and stable operation.
5.The structure is featured by large angle of inclination, small amplitude and high frequency which offers high efficiency of screening, maximum capacity, long duration, low power consumption and less noise.
