I.Product Introduction
The sand washer is a kind of sand washing apparatus matched with the sand maker. It can not only wash away stone powder and impurity from the mixed sand made by the sand maker to improve the quality of the sand but also can separate the clay and foreign substance from the sand. With its original hermetic structure, adjustable overflow weir plate, and reliable transmission device which guarantee the effect of washing and dehydration, it is mainly applied in construction field, sand factory, hydropower station and concrete dam field.
II.Working Principle
When it works, the motor drives the impeller to rotate slowly after the slowdown of V-belt, speed reducer and gear. The sand will go into the eluate tank from feeding chute and roll over driven by the impeller. After grinding, the impurity on the sand surface will be wiped off and the water vapor layer covering the sand will be destroyed which is beneficial for dehydration; at the same time, filling water can form a strong water flow which takes away the impurity and the foreign substance with small specific gravity and discharges them from the overflow eluate tank to complete washing process.
III.Performance Characteristics
1.Reasonable structure, the impeller transmission device and the separation between the water and the wet materials avoid the damage caused by bearings mixed with water, sand and pollutants.
2.Little loss of medium and fine sand and stone powder; the gradation and the fineness module of the constructional sand reach to the standard of national Sand for Building and Specification of Pebble and Crushed Stone for Building.
3.No abrasive components except the screen cloth.
4.Large volume, low power consumption.
5.Long duration, convenient maintenance.
6.Save water resources.
7.No pollution, high ratio of cleaning.

V.Installation Instructions
1. It must be installed and fixed on the cement concrete to ensure orderly and stable operation of the bucket wheel sand washer.
2. The verticality between the body and the ground must be paid attention to.
3. The bolt and the bin gate must be tightly fixed and checked after the installation.
4. The power line and the switches must be allocated reasonably according to the power and the actual operation.
5. After the installation, it's a must to go through the non-load test run. Only when the machine runs orderly can the production be underway.
