Introduction
Ceramic vacuum disc filter is a solid-liquid separation equipment,vacuum is filtration power. The machine adopts high-tech filter plate guide frame,automatic to intense agitation,back blowing discharge and automatic centralized lubrication,etc.Performs stably for dehydrating,so disc vacuum filter is designed for dehydrating of concentrate of steel and nonferrous metal.It can also be used in operation such as coal washing and ore dressing, nonmetallic ore, chemical, and environmental protection.
Working Conditions
1. Particle size in ore pulp is -100 mesh to -400 mesh.
2. Temperature of ore pulp is 5℃-50℃,non-corrosive.
3. Perfect ore pulp concentrate is ranging between 30%-65% for mental ore,while it is 20%-40% for coal or other light material.
