This machine is composed of conical twin screw extruder, vacuum sizing box, tractor, cutting machine and material turning frame.The pipe material produced by this machine is mainly used in the fields of agricultural water supply and drainage, building water supply and drainage, wire and cable laying, and PVC pipes with various diameters and thick walls.Extruder and tractor adopt imported ac frequency control device, vacuum pump and traction motor adopt domestic high quality brand products.The tractor can be equipped with two claws, three claws, four claws, six claws and eight claws according to the size of the pipe diameter.Cutting machine can choose lifting knife cutting, ring cutting mode, plus meter meter and thickening device, the performance of the unit is reliable, high production efficiency.The company can produce inner wall spiral tube, inner wall hollow tube and core foam tube after the replacement of extruder, and can produce PP, PE, ABS, PPR silicon core tube and other materials.The cutting machine adopts automatic computer control, which has the advantages of easy operation and reliable performance, and has reached the international level.
