PVC extruding equipment with one out and four casing
1) because of the characteristics of the conical screw, the feeding section has a large diameter, which is conducive to the plasticization of the material due to the large heat transfer area and shear velocity of the material, and the small diameter of the measuring section screw reduces the heat transfer area and the shear velocity of the melt, so that the melt can be extruded at a lower temperature.
(2) a quantitative feeding device is installed to match the amount of extrusion with the amount of feeding and ensure the stable extrusion of products.
(3) in the quantitative feeding device, the user should add magnetic body to prevent the fall of iron sundry matter and protect the screw.
(iv) because the screw is in the shape of a cone, the small end is the measurement section, with a small cross-sectional area and a small axial force; on the contrary, the large end has a large space and can be installed to bear a larger axial load force.
(5) a distribution gear box is set and the driving torque is evenly distributed to each screw through the distribution gear box.
(6) cast aluminum electric heater is used to heat the drum, with long service life and convenient assembly and disassembly.
(7) strong air cooling is adopted for cylinder cooling, with small temperature fluctuation.
(8) adopt ac frequency conversion speed regulation device to make the main motor stepless speed regulation, stable speed and convenient speed regulation.
(9) the frequency converter has a variety of protective measures to prevent the damage of the parts.
