The product description
PVC pipe production line is mainly used to produce PVC water supply pipes, drainage pipes, threading pipes, electrical pipes and so on.
Characteristics of conical twin screw extruder:
1. Unique screw design, short time for materials to stay in the barrel, good mixing and plasticizing effect.
2. Adopt high quality reducer, beautiful appearance, smooth operation and low noise.
3. The barrel adopts copper cast aluminum heater and wind cooling system, with good heating and cooling effect and accurate temperature control.

5. Adopt vacuum exhaust system, which can discharge moisture and volatile gas from the material, and improve the quality of products.
6. The main motor adopts dc governor or frequency conversion governor, the output torque of the motor is stable, and stepless speed regulation can be realized.7. Suitable for powder PVC heat sensitive material processing.
8. Vacuum setting device: all parts and components in contact with water are made of stainless steel.
9. Tractor: two-claw, four-claw, six-claw and eight-claw pipe tractors, series of two-track special-profile tractors, to meet the production requirements of different pipes.
10. Cutting machine: no chip cutting, saw cutting, planet cutting (with chamfering).
11. Rigid PVC pipe expanding equipment.
12. Stacking device: automatic tipper or roller stacking device.

4. Pipeline line expansion coefficient is small, which is 0.07mm/m, and deformation amount affected by temperature is small.Heat transfer coefficient and elastic modulus are small, compared with cast iron drainage pipes, excellent frost resistance.
