Sjz65/132 PVC wood-plastic profile extrusion line is mainly used for the extrusion production of PVC wood powder composite plastic sheets and profiles.
Sjz65/132 conical twin screw extruder is used for PVC powder + wood powder extrusion, plasticizing and molding.It has the characteristics of high output, good plasticizing effect and low energy consumption.With conical twin screw rotating outwardly and quantitative feeding screw controlling feeding speed, the effect of uniform extrusion of raw materials can be achieved.
The profile is shaped and cooled by vacuum shaping, the circulating water cooling system, and the connection of vacuum pipe and cooling water pipe is made of copper.At the same time, it can guarantee the cooling effect.
Profile traction using flat block traction crawler mechanism, and can increase the opposite-sex traction block so as to meet the traction of different profiles, will not extrusion plate profile, so as to make the product deformation.
Crawler lift adopts cylinder control, with adjustable pressure function, so as to control the contact area and pressure of crawler to plate and profile.
The cutting machine adopts lifting knife cutting machine, which is controlled synchronously with the main machine and has accurate cutting.
Mixing unit, twin screw extruder, vacuum setting table, tractor, cutting machine, feeding rack constitute the main part of the whole production line;
