Basic parameters of PE bellows production line:
HDPE/PP double wall bellows are vertical or horizontal.The complete set of units is equipped with high efficiency single screw extruder, laminar flow distributor, double spiral compound extrusion die, vertical or horizontal forming machine, spray cooling device, single and double knife planetary ring cutting machine and stock table.
The corrugated tube extrusion line adopts the German proprietary IKV extrusion system, with stable extrusion materials, excellent plasticization and high efficiency.Mould nitride on the surface polishing treatment, mouth mold wall thickness control device, with a thick layer of suitable for different pipe production, raw materials and ring stiffness with molding machine and molding module to realize the vacuum negative pressure molding process, which can realize online double socket flaring extrusion tube, molding machine can realize three dimensional direction adjustment, and all of a sudden power outage molding machine automatic protection function.Cutting machine tracking and positioning to ensure accurate cutting position.The whole extruder unit is equipped with Siemens computer control system, which adopts up and down control and man-machine operation interface respectively.Several pictures and pictures are used to display, and the extrusion process and operation memory storage function are provided.
Bellows are the newly emerging underground cable sheath, water supply and drainage pipe, which can be used for the sewage discharge of living quarters, industrial and mining enterprises, water conservancy projects, and low-voltage water transmission of tap water.
