Basic introduction of PVC toe line production equipment
Decoration kick line extrusion production line is mainly used for PVC doors and Windows, wide door panels, window sills, single porous tube and other profile extrusion.The production line can choose different twin-screw extruders according to different shapes, sections and molds, and is equipped with corresponding auxiliary machines such as vacuum setting table, tractor, cutting machine and material turning rack.
The extrusion capacity of PVC profile extruder can be chosen from 120KG/H to 650KG/H.Vacuum shaping table adopts our company's unique design technology, with front and back up and down electric regulation function, small noise, increase eddy current cooling system, easy to cool and shaping, good working stability, to meet the needs of high-speed extrusion.The tractor adopts special transmission technology, works stably and synchronously, stably, with large traction force.The moving speed of the cutting machine is synchronized with the speed of the tractor. All the movements are controlled by PLC computer. The design is reasonable and the operation is stable.
