Advantages of HDPE piping system:
1. Reliable connection: the polyethylene pipe systems are connected by electric hot melt, and the strength of joints is higher than that of the pipe itself.
2. Low temperature impact resistance: low temperature embrittlement temperature of polyethylene is very low, which can be used safely in the temperature range of -60-60℃.During the winter construction, due to the good impact resistance of materials, pipes will not be brittle.
3. Good stress cracking resistance: HDPE has low notch sensitivity, high shear strength and excellent scratch resistance, and outstanding environmental stress cracking resistance.
4, good chemical corrosion resistance: HDPE pipeline can withstand the corrosion of a variety of chemical media, the presence of chemical substances in the soil will not cause any degradation of the pipeline.Polyethylene is an electrical insulator and therefore does not decay, rust or electrochemical corrosion.Nor does it promote the growth of algae, bacteria or fungi.
5. Aging resistance, long service life: polyethylene pipes containing 2-2.5% carbon black can be stored in the open air or used for 50 years without being damaged by ultraviolet radiation.

Good abrasion resistance: the comparative test of the abrasion resistance of HDPE pipe and steel pipe shows that the abrasion resistance of HDPE pipe is 4 times that of steel pipe.In the field of mud transportation, HDPE pipes have better wear resistance than steel pipes, which means that HDPE pipes have longer service life and better economy.
7. Good flexibility: the flexibility of HDPE pipe makes it easy to bend. Engineering can bypass obstacles by changing the direction of the pipe.

Low water flow resistance: HDPE pipe has a smooth inner surface with a manning coefficient of 0.009.Smooth performance and non-adhesion characteristics ensure that HDPE pipelines have higher transmission capacity than traditional pipes, and at the same time reduce the pressure loss and energy consumption of pipelines.
9. Convenient handling: HDPE pipe is lighter than concrete pipe, galvanized pipe and steel pipe. It is easy to handle and install.
