Method of  Use:
1. When 220v power supply is used, push the power changeover switch to 220V,
     plug in the power cord, and turn on the power switch when the indicating light flash.
2. Then insert the electrode into the otnut of the electrode lever, and set the
     thermoelectric intensity to the desired treatment range.
3. The thermoelectric regulation and lighting regulation can be made individually
     and separately.
