TDS for Plastisol ink
1. Appearance
Paste form, thixotropic, it is thick when laying aside, and thin when stirring.
2. Substrate
Cotton textile、natural and artificial leather、blended textile,etc.
3. Applicable products
T-shirt、coat、sportswear、fashions, etc.
4. Product features
Low-temperature ripening、good adhesion、strong coverage、migration resistant、non after-tack on surface.

6. Instructions
(1) Printing conditions: 43-120T mesh, flat angle squeegee with the hardness at 70.
(2) Drying conditions: 135-145℃, 2-3mins.
7. Printing ink mixing
(1) It is necessary to stir the ink evenly before use. If it is too thick, please add the exclusive thinner PYE-001.
(2) It is recommended to add the exclusive matting agent PYE-111 for matte effect if necessary. The dosage should be less than 4%. Generally, the matte effect can be done by matte Plastisol to capping at the final time printing.
(3) It is prohibited to reduce the drying temperature for matte effect.
(4) It is recommended to add the surface anti-sticking agent PYE-002 if necessary. The dosage is 1%. Stir evenly before use.
(5) If the fabric is uncommon, apply the varnish PYE-110 to priming, and then use color ink.
8. Notes
(1) Please make a sample test before use.
(2) Please make sure that the previous printing is not after-tack on surface before the next printing if applied to the overprint.
(3) The drying is key. And the drying conditions will affect the property of products.
(4) It is not allowed to fold the clothes before complete cooling after drying.
(5) The processed products should be ironed properly and dry-cleaning is prohibited.
9. Storage
It can be stored for 12 months at 5-35℃.
Keep away from strong light.
Avoid strong acid and strong alkali.
